Zen in the Martial Arts By Joe Hyams  ISBN 0-553-22510-3 I picked this book up at a used bookstore after class one day for $1.25. It is full of life lessons that Mr. Hyams has learned during his very full life as an on going student of the martial arts. It recounts instances when he trained with SGM Parker and Bruce Lee. The stories filled me with the spirit of the art. The one thing I will always remember from this book is to lengthen my line. p.s. This book was originally published in 1979 so don't go to your instructor saying you've found a "new" book. :-) He's also the author of the forthcoming Kenpo book, "The Journey"
