Mastering Kenpo: The Path To Excellence By Skip Hancock This book is a must for your Kenpo library. Mr. Hancock was one of SGM Parker's close students. This book appears to represent the philosophical base Mr. Hancock has developed for his Kenpo 2000 organization. It is very clear from his accounts of his time with SGM Parker that he credits SGM with giving him (Mr. Hancock) the tools to grow, explore and expand. His chapter on Modeling the Master is worth the purchase alone. In those few pages you see the admiration and how this man was affected by SGM Parker in a way that allowed him to explore into the system of American Kenpo. It is clear, to me at least, that he has elevated the art in a particular direction. I learn something each time I pick up this text.
