When I began to look through it I couldn't believe anyone would have sold this book once they bought it. As a non-Kenpo book it gets one of my highest recommendations. Professor Jay is so clear and concise with is explanation of wrist locks and finger locks and arm bars that it is great. If your sharp enough it's easy to see your current Kenpo techniques incorporating these moves as suffixes or prefixes (of course, not without doing it thousands of times). One of my favorite techniques is an arm punch against a jab. He parries to the outside of a punch then he punches that hand, then the forearm and finally the tricep.
