This was another Kenpo book published in the late 70's early 80's that you never hear about. It covers conditioning, striking points and comments on speed. The 2 best sections show Mr. Sanders executing techniques. The photography is done really well and it shows his interpetation of the art and how we've changed and stayed the same in many ways. Beyond that who would have ever thought he grew up in my home town (Topeka, Ks).
