Will Ok, ok I know I'm going back in time, but I've had these books for a while and I never considered doing a review on them, but why not. Kenpo Karate for Self Defense is a book on basics. I believe it was first published in the late 70's early 80's, but I'm not sure. Mr Will covers basic blocks, punches and targets. Hand and foot weapons and finishes up with a good amount of self defense and some sparring tactics. I love this look into Kenpo historical development. You can see some clear flaws in certain areas, but you can also see the skill the Mr. Will desplays. Advanced Kenpo Karate This is a great book. It's 27 down and dirty Kenpo techniques of the time. The photographic clarity and target diagrams are excellent and haven't been matched by any other Kenpo book to this day in my humble opinion. Once again this book was published in 1980 so there are some areas that have been updated and enhanced since, but once again you see Mr. Will's ability to execute the technique.
